We're Anna & Tim, partners in life and work. We bring together coaching expertise, insight, deep marketing knowledge, and design experience to support an industry we genuinely believe in.

Yet when it comes to websites and marketing, coaches often find themselves stuck because:

Anna is an EMCC Senior Practitioner Coach, coach trainer, and career development professional. She's launched and grown her own coaching practice, so she understands what it takes to position and market a service-based business with confidence and integrity.

Tim is a creative designer who's spent the last 20 years working across digital marketing, websites, products and apps. He creates intuitive digital experiences where the work takes center stage, and his attention to detail ensures everything feels polished and accessible.

What makes our work different is how these perspectives come together. We don't just design websites or offer encouragement. We know the right questions to ask. Anna is big-picture, intuitive, and brilliant at seeing what you can’t yet see yourself. She listens properly and gets to the heart of what makes your work special, valuable, and different. Then she helps you find the words for it in a way that feels clear, confident, and unmistakably you.

She’s worked in marketing agencies, built her own successful coaching business, and knows how to show up online without the ick. Her approach is simple: be yourself, no BS, and build something credible that actually works.

Tim is the yin to Anna’s yang. Calm, thoughtful, and quietly brilliant at design. He takes a kernel of an idea and turns it into a beautiful website, logo, or marketing asset with ease, creativity, and zero stress. FAQs

What if I don't have a logo or branding yet?

No problem at all. You can add our Brand Essentials package, which includes everything you need to get started. We'll create your logo, colors, fonts, and a complete style guide. If you're on a tight budget, we can also help you work with the template's branding and customize it to feel more like you.

How long does the process take?

Starter Presence typically takes 2 weeks from kickoff to launch. Confident Launch takes 2-3 weeks. Complete Foundation takes 3-4 weeks. If you add branding, add an extra week to your timeline. We'll give you a clear schedule during our initial conversation.

What platform will my website be on?

We build on Squarespace or Wix for most of our packages. Both are user-friendly, affordable (around £10-20/month), and give you full control to update your site after launch. We also work with Wordpress for more complex websites or if you already use it. We'll help you choose which platform works best for your needs.

Can I update the website myself after it's built?

Absolutely. That's the whole point. We'll give you training on how to manage your site so you'll feel confident making updates, adding new content, and keeping things fresh. And if you ever get stuck, we're here to help.

I'm not great at writing. Can you help with my website copy?

Yes. Our Confident Launch and Complete Foundation packages include copy audit and recommendations. If you want us to write your website copy for you, we offer that as an add-on starting at £800. We'll work with you to capture your voice and message in a way that resonates with your ideal clients.

Do you help with getting clients to my website?

Our Complete Foundation package includes integration support for email marketing or booking systems, which helps turn visitors into clients. We focus on creating websites that are clear, credible, and conversion-ready. We don't offer ongoing marketing services, but we can point you to resources and strategies that work for coaches at your stage.

What if I need changes after we launch?

All our packages include post-launch support (2-8 weeks depending on your package). After that, if you need help with updates or changes, we're available at our hourly rate. Most coaches find they can manage their own updates with the training we provide.

I'm working full-time. How much time will this take from me?

We know you're busy. Most packages require about 1-2 hours per week from you for calls, reviewing work, and providing content or feedback. We do the heavy lifting so you can focus on building your coaching practice.

What happens if I'm not happy with the design?

We include revision rounds in every package specifically to make sure you're happy. We'll work with you to get it right. Our process is collaborative, so you'll see progress along the way and have opportunities to give feedback before we finalize anything.

Do I own my website after it's built?

Yes, completely. You own your domain, your website, and all the content we create for you. You're not tied to us in any way after launch. The only ongoing costs are your website platform subscription and domain renewal.

Can you work with coaches outside the UK?

Yes, we work with coaches anywhere. All our meetings are via video call, and the process works smoothly regardless of location. We'll work around time zones to find call times that suit everyone.

What if I'm not tech-savvy?

Perfect. That's exactly why we exist. You don't need to be technical at all. We handle the tech stuff and explain everything in plain language. Our training is designed for people who don't consider themselves "tech people."

Can I see examples of websites you've built?

Yes, we'd be happy to share examples during our initial conversation. We want to make sure our style and approach feel like the right fit for you before we start working together.
